Terms of Use
1. Play chips only
FL-Craps is an entertainment app that simulates casino dice games using virtual chips. The chips have no cash value. They cannot be purchased, won as money, exchanged, sold, transferred, or redeemed for anything. Nothing in the app is a wager of real money, and the app offers no prizes. It is not gambling and must not be used as a gambling device.
2. Age
Because the app simulates casino games, it is intended for adults. You must be at least 17 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use it.
3. License
Apple grants you a license to use the app under the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Subject to that agreement, you may install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its artwork except where the law expressly allows it.
4. Fair dice
Dice results come from the device's system random number generator and are decided before any animation plays. Hand Throw, Shake to Roll, and the way you tap or swipe never influence the result. Because the chips are worth nothing, no claim arises from any roll, balance, or saved game.
5. Optional inputs
Hand Throw and Shake to Roll are optional, experimental controls. Use them only where it is safe to do so, hold your device securely, and stop if the device or your surroundings make them impractical. The Roll button is always available.
6. Your data
The app collects no personal information and stores your game only on your device. The Privacy Policy explains this in full and is part of these terms.
7. The website
FeltLucky.com is provided for information and to let you try a dice demo in the browser. Its content, artwork, and the Felt Lucky name and marks belong to Felt Lucky and may not be reused without permission. Links to other sites, including the App Store, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
8. No warranty
The app and the website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a saved game will always restore.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felt Lucky is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of virtual chips, saved games, or data, arising from your use of the app or the website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is zero.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the app, the website, or these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
